Chic was born in 2020, at the beginning, we were engaged in some simple PU leather and nylon cosmetic bag production and processing in China, and our customer groups were mainly concentrated in some domestic import and export trading companies. However, with the spread of the epidemic around the world, many large-scale commercial activities could not be participated in and held. At the same time, e-commerce was booming, and many customers determined purchase orders through online inquiries, video calls, etc. Our founder Chic soon realized that it was very important and correct to quickly make a decision to directly connect with overseas wholesale buyers through e-commerce. At the same time, we established the first e-commerce service team. So far, our main customers have changed from domestic traders to overseas distributors. Our service team has also grown to more than 20 people today. With the continuous rapid development in recent years, not only from the original processing, but also our products are now exported to Europe and America. At the same time, I expanded our product line, including our PVC bag accessories, key chains, etc. The orders came in fast and furious, fueling the growth of the business. CHIC has also been humble and kept learning, constantly exploring, always observing market trends, and making the right decisions accordingly. In order to meet the needs of different customers, we have appropriately made some inventory for some hot-selling styles (only for products developed by ourselves). We do not want too high a minimum order quantity and shorten the production and delivery time. However, we will never share the styles customized by buyers with anyone.
