• Deep customization (new colors/new hardware): 1000 pcs.
• Samples: Sample fee varies depending on the situation; sample lead time is 15 days (deductible from bulk order: Yes)
• Delivery time: 15-30 days for bulk orders, depending on quantity and production schedule.

• Question 1: Can you manufacture according to our designs (OEM/ODM)?
Answer: Yes. Please send us your design drawings and size/usage requirements. We can handle sample making, prototyping, and mass production.
• Question 2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I mix different designs?
Answer: The MOQ for custom logos/printing is usually 200 pieces, and the MOQ for custom materials is 1000 pieces (different styles under the same material scheme can be negotiated).
• Question 3: How long does sample making and mass production take?
Answer: Sample making takes approximately 15 days, and mass production time depends on the quantity.
• Question 4: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: Common payment methods include T/T (deposit + balance), and other payment methods can be negotiated for long-term cooperation (T/T and L/C options are shown in the product list).
• Question 5: How do you ensure product quality?
Answer: We conduct quality control on the production line and final inspection, and we can also support third-party inspection if needed.
After-Sales and Claims Policy
• Handling of quality issues: Replacement/Rework/Discount/Partial refund
• Feedback window: 7–14 days after receipt of goods
